Newly renovated, large, modern, 4 season cottage. Ideal rental for 2 families. 12 minute walk to the beach. Centrally located from the Main strip. You'll find shopping, restaurants, Value Mart, cafes, surf shops, golfing, bank, library, arcade, pizzerias, ice cream shops, etc. The air-conditioned beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 generous living spaces, chef's kitchen & rec room with a ping pong table. Sleeps10 max. Large outdoor living space, BBQ, fire pit, beautiful gardens & an enchanting forest in the backyard.
Sauble Beach is one of the top beaches in Ontario with over 11 kms of sandy beach. It is a Blue Flag Certified beach. Enjoy the perfect place for a family friendly getaway as you have a campfire and experience the most amazing sunsets on Lake Huron. Other attractions include mini golf, 18 hole golf course, laser tag & Ascent Aerial Park. Hikers can enjoy endless trails on the Bruce Trail. ATV riding trails nearby. Visit Sauble Falls nearby for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, seadoo and so much more.
Must be 28 years of age or older to make a reservation. Please provide photo ID upon booking.
Maximum Occupancy: 10 people (including children 2 years & up).
Pets are NOT permitted due to severe allergies. Firm (no exceptions).
PLEASE NOTE: The names and ages of ALL the guests must be provided to the Host upon booking.
WEEKLY RENTALS DURING JULY & AUGUST: Check-in & check-out on Saturdays only
No parties or events allowed.
NOT INCLUDED: Bed sheets, pillows, comforters, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper, toiletries, kitchen paper towels, napkins
DRINKING WATER: The tap water has been tested by Public Health Ontario and it is 100% safe to drink. With the built-in UV water treatment system there is no need to purchase bottled water.
Gas BBQ (seasonal): Propane tank provided.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: The cottage has a septic system. The only things that can be flushed down the toilets is toilet paper (nothing else !!!).
DO NOT put paper towels, hair, baby wipes, cigarette butts, makeup wipes, cotton balls, sanitary napkins, tampons, cotton swaps, condoms, disposable diapers, anything plastic or non-biodegradable products into the toilets. DO NOT flush any food scraps, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, coffee grinds, cooking oil, or any other food items down the toilets and drains.
IMPORTANT: Clogging the septic tank is a very serious problem and guests who clog the toilets/septic tank WILL BE responsible for all the plumbing costs in order to unclog the septic system.
Avoid taking showers and running water appliances (like the dishwasher) at the same time. The more water the septic system must filter, the harder it works and as a result it may cause plumbing problems in the cottage. Again, it is the guests responsibility to keep the toilets and septic system unclogged during their stay. Thank you!
