Tucked away in the heart of the family-friendly Auckland suburb of Glendowie, just a few minutes' drive away from the city's white sandy beaches and numerous bistros, we invite you to unwind in style.



The Space:

This 3-bedroom spacious and tranquil retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with a spacious garden, home office setup and modern amenities to enhance your stay.



The open-plan kitchen and living space are designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 70" TV with Apple TV, Xbox, Netflix, and SkySport, plus full internet access on fibre.



The kitchen boasts a generously sized island and brand-new gas cooking stove, wall oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, bench mixer and sandwich press.



Downstairs, two bedrooms offer cozy retreats, one with a north-facing queen bed and the other with two king single beds, both with vaulted ceilings and wardrobes. The queen bedroom also features a 32" Samsung Frame that doubles as a TV or displays art, and can be used with Apple Airplay. The downstairs bathroom has been recently renovated to include heated flooring, a walk-in shower, new vanity, and toilet.



Upstairs, a home office awaits with a plug-and-play setup, including a standing desk, office chair, and monitor, as well as a 32" TV. The master bedroom features a full wardrobe, south-facing balcony, and ensuite with shower, bath, and double vanity.



Outside, the weatherboard home is in excellent condition, with decking and artificial grass in a private setup. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for four and a large umbrella.



The living area faces south, while the downstairs queen bedroom and upstairs home office face north.



The house is very private, with limited visibility of neighbours.



Parking is plentiful, with space for one car in the garage and another on the property, out of street view.



Other Things to Note:

- No parties allowed.

- This is a smoke free property.

- CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10 am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 + GST for every half hour you remain in the property.

- NO VISITORS: This means only the exact guests booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, and all associated costs will be charged to you. If you wish to have guests visit while you are at the property please contact us before your booking so we can provide case-by-case approval.s.

- ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you are booking for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two-week period. We will send this amended cleaning charge once we receive your booking.

- QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am. Neighbours can call a hotline regarding excessive noise. If the property managers must attend due to excessive noise there is a $250 + GST fee.

- MISSING KEYS: If you lose a key / swipe card a replacement fee of $100 + GST will be charged.

- LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the property and a property manager has to attend to provide additional keys there will be a call out fee of $250 + GST charged.

- PETS: Approved on a case-by-case basis.
