Not a nice experience

I will not use bookabach again there is no communication this rubbish abut downloading apps and requiring 6 numbers to try and get informatiom i ended up with 17 numbers and none worked there is no phone number the whole experience was a nightmare

Wir haben leider keine Bestätigungsmail bekommen, daher waren wir etwas verwirrt, der Schlüssel war dann in der bereits aufgeschlossen Schlüsselbox. Es roch ein bisschen unangenehm aber ansonsten ganz okay! Vermieter war auch nicht zu erreichen am Abend.
