Very clean, seems like it has been refurbished recently. Plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. Beds were comfortable. Only issues were very minor and they responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Clean Updated House
We had a nice getaway, pleasant stay. Very lovely clean house. Nice outside seating. Convenient to town and friends we were visiting. Would recommend to people visiting Ticonderoga.
The entire house appeared to be recently renovated. It was nicely furnished and generally well-supplied, with a pleasant front porch and rear deck that were both furnished.. A big plus was that it was clean. Some nighttime noise--a dog that barked for quite awhile, and a couple trucks--but overall not bad.

Lynne, Thank you for the positive review, glad you enjoyed your stay.I am sorry you experienced extended dog barking.
This is a great rental in Ti. The house is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are very large and brand new. It had everything we needed to spend time with family at the lake. I sent a message through Vbro after booking the property last summer, and I never received a response. However, the property manager - whose contact info you are given closer to the stay date - is extremely responsive. If you are looking to stay in Ti, this is a great option!

Thank you for the review! So glad you enjoyed your stay and had quality family time!
Beautiful property nicely presented. Smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived, one text message and Megan was there with a smile and a replacement battery; very fast and freindly. Ticondaroga is a nice small town to visit and is close to lots of scenic drives. Take the ferry over to Vermont your the Fort. You’ll be happy you booked.
I stayed here with my sisters and our husbands to attend a wedding at The Barn at Lord Howe... The house was absolutely beautiful and met our needs perfectly. Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. They provided tons of information on all the local sites and things to do in the area! Highly recommend!

Worked great for our family of 5 adults
The house was plenty big enough for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. We liked the multiple bathrooms and queen size beds for all. The house was very close to town and walkable to restaurants. We had a wedding in Ticonderoga and appreciated using the house as home base for the extended weekend. We all thought the house could have been cleaner and it wasn't very well stocked. The host was responsive, however we had a problem with one of the air conditioners not working and no solution was proposed. We also were provided with only one house key which made things tricky. Overall though the house worked for our needs.
