Patio Oasis in Downtown Vancouver

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. On one side the hustle bustle of Robson at and on the other a quiet neighbourhood. Beaches, parks, shopping, amazing food all at your doorstep.

Within 10-15min walk you can take a stroll through Stanley park, sunset beach, English bay or coal harbour. Want to go ride a bike along the sea wall and check out 1st, 2nd, 3rd beaches…yes very linear but that’s how they are named. Very smart I know :) there’s plenty of Asian cuisines, vegan places to eat and all kinds of other cuisines available on Robson, Denman and Davie streets which are walking distance.

You have a fabulous patio to enjoy and wind down. A PlayStation and a projector that you can use if you’re feeling like taking it slow and relaxing indoors.

The flooring, painting, all appliances are new.

Lovely place

We loved the place, well located in Downtown. Chandan was great, accommodating and empathetic to our necessities. The check-in and check-out process were easy. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I would definitely book here again.

Bad experience with property manager

Our stay 1. Cleanliness of property. The property appeared to be cleaned, but as we went to the washroom it was in gross condition. We had to bleach and scrub the shower and bathroom sink as it was grimy and full of hair. Our property manager explained to us that he used the bathroom and shower before our check in, without cleaning up after. Also almost all of the towels provided for our stay were stained, dirty, or covered in hair. Property manager provided no resolution for us for these problems. 2. Check in process was difficult as the property manager had their friend bike to the property to drop a key off to us and informed us that we could not be late. There was no door code or spare key for the building and the property owner was not in town for our stay. 3. Online listing has this property as a private vacation rental, but it became clear to us that the property manager lives here full time, as he used the showers without cleaning them, had a fridge full of produce and other items that smelled, and closets were full of his clothing. We also had amazon packages delivered to the place and friends of the property manager show up to our place looking for him during our stay. 4. Communication with property manager. The property manager was contacting me through WhatsApp which is not professional as I did not share this info with him. He was dismissive of all our concerns and very rude to us when we mentioned issues like rotting food in the fridge and dirty towels.

The west end is great blend of busy downtown vibe with a suburban feel to it. Stanley park, English bay, sunset beach, easy access to Granville island and other parts of the city from this part of town makes us even more amazing.

The area also has plenty of cafes, options for food on Robson street, Davie and Denman street.

What makes this property unique

Location with peaceful neighbourhood feel and busy downtown feel with shopping, food, tourist activities options, freshly renovated bathroom, flooring, kitchen and a new patio.
