Conveniently located close to beaches and shopping at Bella Mar. This ground floor condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice tropical courtyard off your living room. Updated kitchen with stainless appliances and all the extras you need to make this your home away home. Laundry inside condo just off kitchen. Open living and dining room. Primary bedroom has a king bed and tv with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a 2ueen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins with full bath in the hallway. This is a gated community with heated pool and spa. Application required with a $100 fee to the management company.

Great community. Easy check in, close to the beach. Property is 10 miles away from the address that is listed. Other than that great stay.

The area the condo is in is very convenient . The pool area and gym are very nice . The condo had everything we needed. We had an issue with ants and spiders , the mgr fot got an exterminator after 2 weeks . Upon arrival at the condo the cleanliness was questionable . The toilets were black , floors very dirty ,and cobwebs.
