This home sleeps up to 25 guests and boasts a large enclosed front porch, deck, stunning décor and best of all just a short 2 block to the beautiful beaches of Cape May. You will be walking distance to everything town has to offer at this location. Completely remodeled, beautiful finishes, amazing magazine quality bathrooms and kitchen. 2 Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Size Refrigerators & 2 Dishwashers!Other amenities include: Beach Chairs, Pac and Play, 2 Drip Coffee Makers and 1 Keurig, Blow Dryers, First Floor Sound System.Short Term Rentals less then a 7 nights will also require a cleaning fee. If you are booking more than 7 nights, this cleaning fee will not apply to you.PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING HOLIDAYS AS WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.Owner provides quilts and pillows. Cousin's Reunion

The house is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, close to beach, congress hall and many other attractions. It was a perfect place for a cousin's reunion and it easily accommodated our group of 17 women. We hope to come back next year to continue the tradition of catching up with each other and making memories.

This property is in a great location - easy walk to the beach. The house is huge and the outdoor space was great. The kitchen was nice but the refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It was missing some pieces inside and was rusty. For as nice as the kitchen was this did not seem to fit. There was another fridge close to the kitchen so we just used that one.

AMAZING Group Stay During the Off Season! Awesome House & Owners!

This house has everything you need and more! The whole group that stayed here had a GREAT time and everyone wants to come back already. Everything went according to plan and all was set within the home, we did a lot of different things around town but also hung out and took advantage of the house! We would totally book again, especially for a bigger group.

Best equipped rental ever

We’ve been taking trips with college friends for years and this house was our favorite. Great location and so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Pool was open and our weather cooperated for a perfect Indian summer retreat!

Great house. Walking distance to beach and center of town. Lots of space. Everyone’s favorite room was the enclosed porch. Sunny and cheerful space with lots of seating.

Great spot!

We had a big group of girls stay at this house and it was awesome. The house looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It was huge and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. It is also in a prime location close to the beach and bars. We want to come back when the in ground pool is built!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a girls trip with 21 people. There is plenty of space so no one felt on top of each other! Identical home to what you see in the photos -- stunning location. I personally loved the porch spaces and a great spot to have your morning coffee. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting Cape May!

Excellent time. Large main floor space. Bedrooms very spacious. Strange odor main floor stair well first day., Thinking it was a cleaning solution from the cleaning team that came in before we arrived. Short walking distance from downtown and the beach. Must be a superb home for a LARGE family to rent in the summer.

Spectacular New Year’s Weekend

My family stayed here over NYE weekend and had the best time. Everyone LOVED the house. It was perfect for our group of 16 adults and 5 children. The house was extremely clean and well decorated (including a real Christmas tree). Living room made us all feel like home and not in a rental. Kitchen was well equipped to handle a large group. Beach views with walking distance to downtown were an added bonus. Already planning to stay here again in the future!

My stayed at this beautiful house the last weekend of June and we are already looking forward to booking again next year! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and the house itself is incredible. There was plenty of room for our large group of about 20, with room to spare. The pool was used everyday and we gathered every evening on the deck. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group looking to stay in the Cape May area. It is an absolute gem.

Perfection

Our family of 20 people spent a January weekend at this property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is located a short two blocks from the beach. We were able to talk a morning beach walk and then return later in the afternoon for a kite flying session. The house itself was spotless, roomy, stocked with almost every amenity possible, and was beautifully decorated while maintaining a comfortable beach vibe. There was room for all of us to play games, watch TV, prepare meals and eat together. We spent the weekend creating memories and enjoying the company of one another. Two hundred Madison Avenue played a starring role in this process. We recommend it highly.

Great home and location!

Overall the house was great and had plenty of room for our 21 guest bachelorette party. We stayed before the pool opened so I can’t comment on that amenity but the home is within walking distance of town and the beach. If you’ve never stayed at a New Jersey shore house, you have to deal with bringing your own linen and sheets which is honestly the only downside to coordinate for that large of a group. There are also a lot of check out cleaning requirements (take trash and recycling out to bins located under the porch outside, dishes washed and dishwasher empty, beds returned to state they were when arrived- comforter and pillows made, floor free of crumbs, etc) which I always find tough when you’re already paying for a cleaning fee, but we were a fortunately clean group so everyone pitched in before heading out (check out is early at 10am and keys must be returned by then). Overall I would definitely recommend the home for large groups as the rental group is also very responsive!

Great House, Great Location

Our family group of 20, age range 6 months to 73, had a wonderful time at 200 Madison over Christmas, and the group hds nothing but positive things to say about the exceptional house and the experience. Above all else, the house is extremely well put together, well furnished, well-cared for and well-managed. For example, we were delighted to find Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree all set up when we arrived a couple of days before Christmas (along with a welcoming bottle of wine etc.). Everything (particularly kitchen and bathrooms) has been upgraded and renovated and the house has all the luxury touches like crown molding and coffered ceilings. For our purposes, rooms that really added to the experience were the large front porch which stayed warm despite the very cold temperatures outside, the back dinette area that the kids used as a video game parlor, and of course the large island kitchen and dining area. Everything was there we needed, including two refrigerators (plus a wine cooler), two dish washers, multiple coffee makers, and so on. The house is 1.5 blocks from Beach Street and the boardwalk and the beach, and an approximately 12-14 minute walk to downtown and the Market St. Mall (the walk is beautiful in and itself, going through one of the classic Victorian Houses sections of town). Would highly recommend this house to those planning a stay in Cape May and needing a place for a large party of people.

Absolutely amazing!

This house was absolutely magical! Our group stayed for a long weekend to celebrate the holiday season and this house was perfect! The owners even had a decorated tree! It was located close enough to restaurants and shopping for us to enjoy but nestled on a quiet street for us to relax. We will surely book this property again.

What a place!

What an amazing place! From the location, number of beds/ bedrooms/ bathrooms, deck space to the beautiful enclosed front porch, top notch appliances, dining spaces, this shore home has everything a large group could need or want for a perfect getaway in Cape May! Also, Ami at Coastline Realty was always so helpful and promptly answered any questions or concerns that I had before and during our stay. Would absolutely recommend. I hope to use it again some time in the future!

Best Labor Day weekend spot

This house was beautiful and so nice. They left two bottles of wine for us and flowers when we got there. The house fit 20 people easily and everyone got a bed. It’s a great spot and only 3 blocks from the beach. It even had beach chairs for us as well! Highly recommend. It’s so walkable to the town as well.

Amazing House

This house was AMAZING. Very close to the beach, beautiful inside and out and every amenity you could need. There are PLENTY of beach chairs, boogie boards, a ping pong table and the kitchen is very well equipped. We rented this for a college friend's wedding and every single one of us were amazed at how amazing the home was. I can not say enough. No complaints! We would love to rent this house again!

Great getaway, tons of space and a block from the beach!

We were here with 5 families in the middle of a Nor'easter and still had a great time! The house is great, clean, tons of space, so even though we were cooped up inside most of the weekend, we had a great time! It was our 3rd time renting this house and will definitely be back!

Best weekend ever!

We celebrated my sisters bachelorette and the house exceeded my expectations!! We had quite a few out-of-towners and they were blown away by the house and Cape May in general! I would give the house 10 stars if I could! I will definitely host an event there in the future!
