Located within a 5 minute Uber ride to downtown Windsor, Caesars Windsor Casino, Aquatic Center or the University of Windsor, this spacious loft has all of the amenities. Full kitchen/dining room, Living room with Free WiFi and Cable TV, 3 bedrooms with individual private bathrooms, laundry facilities and FREE onsite gated parking. This second floor penthouse is perfect for parents visiting their university student, business travelers, construction workers, or even locals looking for a staycation destination.

The kitchen area is spacious and has all the amenities to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet meal. The large island has seating for 4 people and provides plenty of prep space. The dining room seats 6 at the main table with a 2 person bar height side table.

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with shower, closet area, and an office desk. The master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub and a sauna to help unwind after a long day.

There is a "ZEN" exercise area perfect for light exercise/yoga. Photographers & videographers will love this space for intimate boudoir model shoots and is complete with a prop model claw tub & wicker chair.

Located across the street is a beautiful park complete with a children's playground & water park, pickleball/basketball/tennis courts and plenty of pet friendly walking area.

What a wonderful way to end the summer with my girls. The owner Brent was super helpful- greeting us upon arrival and sharing locations for food. The lively park across the street made the stay feel extra homey.

We hosted our Christmas dinner here for 12 and it worked out very well. Lots of space, 3 full bathrooms. Great seating in living room for all. Room for games, TV, exercise and relaxation. The host was very responsive and he visited immediately (on Boxing Day no less!) when there was an issue. We would stay again when visiting our family nearby. Thanks!

This property is above a working trucking company/garage, which we didn’t expect. Check-in felt strange, but the host was very nice. The home is very spacious and we three each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was surprisingly quiet despite the garage below being open and the neighborhood was wholly residential. It’s a very unique place - and we enjoyed the stay.

This apartment met all of our needs as a group of 5 with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The place is within 10 minutes of the casino and plenty of dining options.Brent was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and well laid out. It was an excellent set up for me and my few friends who stayed there. Brent was a very gracious host and helpful with some recommendations for what to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Me,my 2 siblings & 1 spouse stayed in this lovely VRBO for 2 days & nights. Bedrooms were big enough for all of us and Brent was an excellent host. We'll definitely go back if we're in town again.

6 adult stay - ton of room!

Great for 6 adults. Very large rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Guests need to bring dishwasher detergent and personal soap/shampoo etc. A regular coffee maker would provide an easier morning too instead of the pod appliance. Overall very pleased with what the accommodation offered us. Secured parking too!

The neighborhood was aging and somewhat rundown. The community was heavily migrant populated. The unit was in a two-story wharehouse type building, at the the top of very steep stairs; this was no penthouse. Inside was worse. The amenties were practically non-existent. The many items were in a state of disrepair. The kitchen items, towels, sheets etc.; and were old and tattered. A trucking company occupied, and operated from the lower level.

WOW...I'm sorry you feel this way. The neighbourhood is "heavily migrant populated" ?, Not sure what your meaning or issue is here. We are located close to the University of Windsor as well as a very popular family oriented park across the street. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, free internet, and board games/supplies for the pickle ball courts. Please let us know what amenities you feel would help improve our facility. We stand by our numerous positive reviews and again are sorry we didn't meet your expectations.

Book other property as booking confirmation is not accurate

I booked the property and received confirmation and payment deducted from my card. Once I reached the property then property manager told me he accepted other booking and my booking cancelled without updating me. Immediately I called VRBO and got refunded but there is a huge park in front of the property where I spent 3 hours for new booking for new location with my child. So not reliable confirmation from property owner.
