Only major issue we had was not enough pans to cook in. There were none only pots but still made it work. Great location nice property it was fantastic to stay in and close to Newcastle cbd which was good

Communication with our hosts was easy. The place stayed comfortable, clean and in a great area near the water. An easy20 min walk into Newcastle cbd & lite rail. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were an added bonus. It was great for hubby & I and our adult sons & their partners.

Update

It was hard to find in the dark and rain. Better instructions needed that Seafarers Way is not open for cars. The front bush needs trimming for better visibility of the number. A front mat either inside or out would keep the entrance cleaner.

Hi Karen Thank you for your feedback, I hope you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately we are unable to control the access for when it is dark and raining. A sensor light will potentially annoy the neighbours as it will continually go on and off when the property is vacant. Thank you for the suggestion of the mat, there was one there so I will replace it. We haven't had anyone have an issue with the garage before. You did ask prior to your arrival about the garage and I explained it is attached to the house so you should have had no trouble finding it.

All went well, we didn't have any problems. There could have been instructions on how to access the garage, but when we worked it out, it was very handy. We were able to have one car in the garage and the other one off street.
