One star was an unjustified response considering the guest never stayed at the apartment. He overlooked payment and the booking was cancelled as a result. The guest did not attempt to communicate at the time of booking or up to the date of his proposed arrival. The guest contacted me on the day of his arrival asking for information to check in just moments before boarding a plane. We exchanged polite communication, I was clear that there was no booking or payment made, he was annoyed that he had to booked elsewhere and the accomodation was “substandard “. I was kind enough to rate him 5 stars, clearly a mistake on my part. The apartment is highly rated across many platforms.
