3BR/2BA riverfront cabin, sleeps 6, on the Chiwawa River — 18.8 miles to Leavenworth. This Western-themed retreat features knotty pine interiors, a river rock fireplace, a two-tiered deck overlooking the water, and fun saddle barstools that give it plenty of character.

Unwind on the deck overlooking the river, gather around the fireplace, or cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Family-friendly touches like games and cozy common areas make it easy to settle in with a group.

SLEEPING (max occupancy 6):
Bedroom 1 (main floor): 2 queen beds
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 queen bed plus 2 queen futons
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 queen bed, en suite bathroom, in-room soaking tub (non-functioning jets), and access to the covered balcony

This home has generous sleeping arrangements, but occupancy is capped at 6 guests regardless of available beds. The extra beds let your group spread out comfortably.

LOCATION:
Snowmobile trails run right from the property in winter — easy-access riding, just be mindful of neighbors. Lake Wenatchee adventures and the Bavarian charm of Leavenworth are about 30 minutes away, with year-round hiking nearby.

RIVERFRONT SAFETY:
The home sits on low-bank frontage along the Chiwawa River. Currents are swift and unpredictable — take great care when playing in and around the water.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Two outward-facing surveillance cameras are in use, one on the deck and one on the shed. Neither looks into interior areas.

Occupancy is limited to 6 guests, with parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Guests must be 25 or older to reserve. We're happy to make exceptions for guests with previous positive reviews — just reach out.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
