Perfect place!

We were visiting our son who lives in Columbia Heights, literally around the corner from this place. It couldn't have been a better location or a more perfect stay. The apartment was super clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely return!

Great Location and Property for Travelers

My teenage son and I enjoyed this property. It is exactly as advertised, clean and well kept with lots of lights on a residential street. The kitchen and washer/dryer are great to have for an extended stay. There are plenty of restaurants, a fantastic bakery and a grocery store within walking distance. Public transportation - the Metro and busses (highly recommend the safe and clean public transportation) are also within walking distance and easy to use. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean place to stay in DC. Close to a few very good restaurants, but has a decent kitchen, if you want to cook for yourself. Good air conditioning, for those hot and humid DC days.It is a downstairs unit, so not a lot of natural light coming in. We had 3 people in our party, which was fine, but probably a bit more comfortable for a couple. Also, there's not a lot of space around the bed in bedroom, which could be problematic for larger people, but it suited our needs very well.
