*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

1st I'd like to thank Christine and Abby for making our stay very enjoyable, they are great! Very good location, close to everything, condo was very well equipped right down to the beach chairs and umbrella! Christine definitely goes about and beyond, great person, felt like family.

Everything except the cleanliness was great. Need better cleaning crew. The toilet had mildew on bottom of rim as the kitchen sink drain. It was discussing. Everything else was awesome. Great place and location. Will recommend but PLEASE get a good cleaning crew! Hope to go back

Overall it was a good stay. Good location. Nice pool. Quiet place. Unit could use a painting and good cleaning of the floor. Drapes had stains. Bath fan loud. Patio door difficult to open. Front door requires slamming to latch properly.

Kitchen well stocked. Full size stove and fridge. Balcony and pool were added plus. Easy check in and check out. Location decently quiet and away from hustle of beach area. Would suggest learning the trolley system rather than try and find parking.

Family Spring Break

We brought our family down for my son’s Senior Year Spring Break to meet up with a ton of families also staying nearby. The location is perfect to food, activities and shopping. We took advantage of the free tickets by enjoying the aquarium and Busch Gardens. The pool is quiet and lovely. We had great communication with our host and the studio is fully updated and beautiful. We loved it. Thank you for a great stay.

The ceiling fan was extremely dirty, I had to clean it. The scuffed white wall could use a Magic Eraser. The linen and towels were clean and badly stained. Other than that- it was wonderful time!A few housekeeping item

Our stay was okay. The property was very quiet as we were one of two guests staying in the entire building. The walls are thin so if it was a packed week-it would be loud. The pool looked pretty nice and the elevator worked. It is conveniently located right across a bridge you take to get to a public beach area. The only issue I had with the unit was it felt dirty due to marks and dirt on the walls, doors and door frames. If you have pet allergies-do not sit on the couch. It’s full of dander and caused me to have a reaction. Had to place towels on it and the pillows if I wanted to sit there.

The appliances were nice. This property is old and very run down. Primo parking next to a dumpster. Couldn’t close the bathroom door without entering the shower. Horribly small. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was not worth the price paid.

Stayed at this condo for a week with my daughter beautiful clean and accomodating a nice balcony for sunrises and sunsets bsautiful pool, histvwas very nice and prompt with any questions, nearby by clearwater beach and excellent dining very peaceful and relaxing area short drive to cleawater marine aquarium as well as honeymoon island where you can purchase tickets for the ferry which takes u to caladesi island a must see beautiful beach fine white sand beautiful warm and clear water loved it great beach fir shelling as well would def recommend and will be back thbak you 10/10
