Enjoyed the last few days of 2025 at this lovelyproperty in Tahoe City. Spacious home with plenty of spaces for all to play and rest. The kitchens were fully stocked and even had some pantry items for us to use. Lovely backyard to play and make snowmen, well groomed streets and overall great place! Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe!

Amazing stay!
We had the best time at this property for our trip! The house fit our large group with comfy beds and plenty of space! The location was great for the activities we planned. Highly recommend for large groups. Thank you!
We rented this home for July 4th weekend and it was exactly what we needed for a large group. The layout is brilliant: a separate upstairs unit that connects to the downstairs unit. We had the teenagers/young adults downstairs and all the parents upstairs, which gave everyone privacy while still keeping us together. Both units have full kitchens — full-size fridges, ovens, the works. With our group size, being able to run both kitchens at once was a game changer for meals and prep. The game room in the garage was a huge hit. The teens hung out there every evening when we weren’t out exploring Tahoe.Location was perfect. Easy access to Tahoe City, restaurants, and the lake, but the house itself felt peaceful and spacious. The property manager deserves a shoutout too. Super responsive, easy to reach with questions, and even helped make sure the propane tanks were full so we could barbecue. We would absolutely stay here again. If you’re traveling with a big group and want space, privacy, and convenience, this place is it.

Amazing!!!
Nice home in a beautiful area surrounded by trees. It was clean and perfect for our family. The host was amazing at every turn. He was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
The house is fantastic. And it is centrally located to everything. We took full advantage of everything the house has to offer - amazing patio and grill, pool table, ping pong, and large family room. We also walked to the lake for a cold plunge each morning and to the Tahoe House for breakfast. I highly recommend this house for a large group.
This property was great for our annual ski trip! We had four families stay this time and everyone had plenty of space to run around, enjoy some bonding time together and also have their own rooms for the evening. It was conveniently located. The managers were very nice and communicative. The instructions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property and we will try to book for future trips.

From the owner: "Thank you, Sheila, for your kind review!Looking forward to hosting you and your friends for your future Tahoe vacations!"
This is a great house that is basically a duplex. We were able to live in two separate spaces, which worked well for our group. One of the upstairs showers was broken and the property management was not able to fix it during our 7 night stay.
Everything about this house was excellent. My family and I take a trip every year, to someplace new and Tahoe was the pick of the year. The house was very accommodating for all of us. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature and all its little creatures. One of the kids did leave a empty chip bag and a very determined bear punches a hole in the back window of the car - DONT LEAVE EMPTY FOOD WRAPPERS LOL

Tahoe Stay
House was broken up into two houses which we didn’t realize on the listing. We had access to entire house but both livingroom/kitchens were fairly small for a house that big. House needs some love, lots of deferred maintenance issues, furniture was old and didn’t feel that clean. It was nice that it had enough room for our group but would really benefit from some repairs and upgrades.

Hi Leta, we’re glad the space had enough room for your group and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. - While some furniture is antique and intentionally chosen for character, the beds and dining sets are all new, and the home was recently repainted.- We’re planning a thorough deep clean and touch-ups during the off-season to keep things fresh and well-maintained.Thanks again for the helpful feedback—it’s always appreciated as we continue making improvements for future guests!
Hello, We had a fantastic time in your house. It fit our family perfectly. Very clean, spacious and your two kitchens helped us out quite a bit with our big family with lots of plates, and utensils. The rooms and the beds were very nice, clean and enough for all of us. Your showers were the only downfall as they could have provided a better stream of water. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and the deck in the back. Even though the main road was busy with construction, getting to the house was easy and there was enough parking for 6 vehicles. All in all I would say it is a 9. We only wished we would have seen some bears in the neighborhood.
Our family enjoyed the time together at this property and made lifetime memories there. Lots of space and spaces for large gatherings and quieter conversations. We were comfortable and appreciated the proximity to local attractions, especially the bike/walking trail. Michael was very helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. There was a bear in the neighborhood during our visit, so be sure to follow the protocols. I might suggest an inventory and organizing of the kitchens. We spent a fair amount of time hunting for things. As examples, we found the attachments for a hand mixer but never the mixer itself. Only 1 cheese grater, all the baking pans downstairs, etc. Nothing too important, but a little inconvenient. An available vacuum would have been much appreciated.
We had a fantastic time in Tahoe! The property was gorgeous and in a perfect location. Michael's instructions were perfectly clear and helpful for checking-in and checking-out. We would love to come back another time!
