This beautifully designed property offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of coastal elegance.
Upstairs, you will find an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that provides a spacious and welcoming environment for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat for relaxation. A balcony off the kitchen, complete with a table, chairs and a BBQ, is perfect for outdoor dining and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Ceiling fans are installed in each bedroom and the living room, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Out the back, there is a charming granny flat with a single bed, offering a cozy and private space for an additional guest. The backyard features undercover seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. An outdoor hot shower adds convenience, especially after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, a rumpus room with a TV provides a dedicated space for the kids to enjoy. This can be made into a double sofa bed on request. Two additional bedrooms, both equipped with ceiling fans, offer comfortable accommodations for family or friends. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, along with a laundry, ensures all your needs are met.

Whether you are waking up in Mollymook or have just arrived - a swim at one of the many beaches and inlets is an ideal way to ease yourself into holiday mode. North Mollymook Beach is only a 12 minute walk away. After working up an appetite you can easily make your way to one of the excellent dining choices that Mollymook has to offer which are only a short stroll away such as Gwylo Restaurant has exceptional Asian fusion dining making it easy to enjoy the best of the area. Bannisters Pavilion restaurant and bar is just a 5-minute walk away, offering vibrant atmosphere and delicious meals, or jump in the car for a 3 minute drive to the award winning Rick Stein's at Bannisters Restaurant, Mollymook Golf Club or Mollymook Beach Bowling Club.
Milton & Ulladulla are only a 5-minute drive to explore charming boutiques, restaurants, and local attractions
