This was a perfect place! The location was amazing, just a few blocks from the main street of Friday Harbor. Everything was clean and ready. The beds were so comfortable!

This was a good place for our stay with our daughter, son in law and grandbaby. If you are in the smaller room , you do have to use the restroom in the bigger room which was hard with the baby in there. But we made it work.

Sleeping conditions not ideal. Shades on windows were very thin so room was very light at crack of dawn. Hard to cool the room down. No sink in bathroom, so had to use kitchen sink for brushing teeth, face washing, etc. Steep stairs, no elevator. TV was tiny. We did enjoy the location as it was close to downtown Friday Harbor.

Great Location with a Great Vibe

Enjoyed my stay in this charming Craftsmen Style Home, which was conveniently located near downtown Friday Harbor. The location made it quick and easy drive to any of the beaches and walking distance to Friday Harbor's many restaurants, stores and bars.

Great historical space in a great location. Just outside of the bustle of Friday Habor, but still very close and walkable. The only criticisms were the shower water pressure, which is understandable for an old home and a mildewy smelling shower curtain. Great stay overall!

The Acanthus Suites are just adorable. A historic little spot within walking distance of everything in Friday Harbor. The pictures in the hallway describing the history of the home and the area added to the quaint and homey vibe. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Adequate accommodations for our family of five. The only real bummer was the water pressure in the shower...it was basically a dribble. Other than dishes and flatware, the kitchen has no utensils/supplies, so plan on bringing your own if you’re like us and cook with an instant pot while traveling. Easy walk to town and a very friendly staff.

Thanks for the review. As advertised, toasters are available upon request in the Suites. This suite has a kitchenette, so a kettle would not be usable. A coffee maker is provided, however.
