Excellent house. Excellent river view. Excellent set up with 3 bedrooms, king bed in master on one side of house, second and third bedrooms with a queen and two twins, respectively. Big, well stocked kitchen. Spacious laundry room. Comfy family room. Awesome back porch with plenty of chairs and grill. And a floating dock right on the river too! 5 stars!!!

We stayed here due to it's close proximity to Thompson Falls and we were over for the week doing work for the county. It was much more desirable to stay in a home then have our group split up in hotel rooms (which are pretty limited in the area anyway). This allowed us to do some of our own cooking, and saves us money! Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We weren't around very much to enjoy the property overall but it was a great place to unwind after the long work day and enjoy the water and sunset. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent stay other than non-responsive property manager. Emailed twice failed to respond. Other than that, this is the best vrbo we have done and we use the nationwide. The home is clean, beautiful, setting gorgeous and everything you can think of or need other than food, is in this place for you!

PERFECTION

This property is exquisite! The construction, furnishing and décor are masterfully done! Attention to every detail inside and out. The owners should be proud of this gem on the river!!! Mother Nature assisted with beautiful fall colors. Absolute Heaven!!! The kitchen area, although beautiful, is lacking in plates, utensils and accessories. The dishwasher and microwave don’t work. We had to purchase a pitcher from the Dollar Store to make OJ. Melissa was a very responsive host and replied promptly needed. Overall, my family loved this home and we hope to return again next year!

The home and ground are nothing short of perfection! Even more beautiful than in the photos! It probably helped that we visited when the leaves were displaying their fall colors! The owners of this home should be applauded for the stylish high end furnishings. The only thing lacking are kitchen items. With a home this distinguished, you would think there would be ample dishware and other kitchen accessories. This area was found lacking. Not even a pitcher to make orange juice. I believe this to be a result of the management company as everything else was absolutely amazing. To the owners, I applaud your style and meticulous attention to detail! To the management company, a little effort on your part like kitchen items and a Roku device for each TV instead of sharing two devices between four TV'S would put this home over the top!
