Graduation

We were visiting for a graduation celebration and this house worked well for us. We had lots of room, the house was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Boulder, and it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay when we wanted a break from the business of the city. We had a great stay!

Lots of space! 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking. We cooked breakfast everyday which was great. Plenty of dishes and a few spices available. More beds than we needed and nice to have a dining table and a game space.

The property is well maintained and located in a nice neighborhood away from some of the hustle and bustle of Boulder. Communicating with the host was easy and effective. A couple of things to be aware of: Like many homes in and around Denver and Boulder, this house has an evaporative cooling system instead of central air conditioning. This is probably fine for most of the year, but you might consider summer heat during a potential stay. Opening the windows at night helps, but it could take some time to acclimate. We were also unaware that there were recycling and compost bins outside. We had a short stay and unfortunately put everything in the trash bin under the kitchen sink.
