A great place to stay as we visited family and friends in the areaWonderful to have an outdoor space to wander when not visiting

Wow what an absolute stunning place. We were definitely not expecting this. Out in the country with a view from our upstairs room out over the valley. Private deck area with Kereru in the trees beside us. Frances even left us with feijoas, homemade muesli, yoghurt bread, milk and spreads which was not expected. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise

Turned up house was tidy plenty of beds and space to cook and spend time outside Really enjoyed our stay lokking forward to going back

Fenced in property to have your dog , all amenities catered for, including condiments well stocked. Enjoyed the games, awesome outdoor . Everything catered for. Rangitikei Awa a must

Very handy location, close to the beach and the Himatangi Beach Store. The kitchen was well-stocked too, and loved the Netflix on TV. It was especially accommodating for large groups like ours; we had nine of us, so the multiple bedroom arrangements and bathrooms were a nice bonus. Marie was also very easy to communicate with. Only thing was that we couldn't find a recycling bin on premises, but that was about it.

Peaceful, quiet, private, and funky. Outdoor bath is a gem. The beds are super comfy. The birdlife is outstanding. There's natives of course, but the peacocks - along with a brash crackle of cockatoos - are outstanding to watch.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean, cozy and cute, and the location is absolutely stunning. I do think it’s important to note that there was a pamphlet in the cabin which had a pretty heavy emphasis on the hosts’ Christian faith. As a queer couple, this was a little uncomfortable for us. Personally, I feel that it would be more professional to keep business and religion seperate. However, the hosts were very polite and helpful and definitely didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all in person. I couldn’t fault anything else - we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.
