This provided a brilliant opportunity to experience the winterless north and the endless outdoor activities and stunning islands nearby. The house and setting are fabulous. Well-equipped home with everything you could need- lovely linen on the beds for a great sleep, warm outdoor shower, rooftop spa, lots of deck areas with plenty of sun and shade zones, beautiful gardens and lots of bird life. The secluded beach is a short stroll down the garden path. Great communication from the host. We had a truly relaxing week away here. Would love to stay again!

We stayed at Top House from 5th to 7th Feb 2025 (Waitangi), we were absolutely blown away with the property. it was clean and immaculate. the hosts went the extra mile with ensuring the Air con was on, arriving to a nice cool property and some supplies, which was grealt appreciated! We highly recommend this property, we are planning future stays here.

Stunning house in a stunning location. One of our highlights was enjoying the night sky and numerous kiwi calls from the luxury of the spa pool.

The Perch is a wonderful place and we had such a great time. The owners were excellent to deal with. The house was more than we expected. It has tonnes of room for a big group, and the views are to die for. And the beach, well, that is priceless.
