Property was perfectly sized for two people. Owner was extremely responsive and eager to make sure everything went perfectly. Room was very clean, with plenty of towels and other supplies. Beach view was amazing: you can sit on the back porch and see and hear the beach and ocean. Parking was plentiful, even if we did go in a non peak time of the year.Would absolutely rent this property again!

It was absolutely lovely, and the check-in and out process was very easy. The access to the beach was perfect, and the view was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. The provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were just perfect for the two of us.

Pam’s Palm Place is the perfect spot for a quiet beach getaway. The patio seating is comfortable and provides a fantastic view of the water, which is just across the dunes. The condo is clean, updated, and well-appointed with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are helpful and incredibly kind. And the condo is in close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. I highly recommend Pam’s Palm Place if you’re looking for a comfortable beachfront stay.

We had a beautiful stay at Pam’s Place. The accommodations and amenities were exactly what we needed. We loved watching the sunrise every morning and being so close to the beach. Kevin, our host was very informative and gave us lots of tips for local spots as well as St. Augustine information. We would definitely stay here again.
