The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street.

This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor.

PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15.

Better stay without the hassle over the cheap 20 cent wrist bands. I’m being charged 50 dollars due to discrepancy on turning in those rubber bands that get re used with each guest. We had 14 guest in two rooms with all the kids one is bound to lose one..spent over 5000 on rooms but all about that dang rubber band! More choices out there that don’t stress over that!

It clearly states the cost to replace the bands, even posted on the refrigerator. You said nothing about the missing bands. My cleaner had to inform me. I even offered to refund the money if you mailed them to me. You are rude and the type of customer I prefer not to deal with. Sorry the wrist bands you lost ruined your stay. I would rate you a 2/10.

Location was great! We never have stayed in Miramar Beach before and enjoyed it a lot. The beach wasn't crowded and a lot of families enjoying the beach. Loved the old-fashioned Ice Cream Truck coming by each day playing the traditional music and selling ice cream treats. Brought back wonderful childhood memories for me and now my son got to experience it too. Communication with the host was very responsive. Always got back to me when I texted with a question or issue. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were great also. Loved having a gulf water view right outside our balcony. The balcony was very small but we loved sitting out there in the mornings and at night. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrella furnished on the balcony to use at the beach each day. The appliances in the kitchen are overdue for an upgrade. The condo could probably use a good deep cleaning. Baseboards definitely need a good clean around the condo. The primary bathroom needs rack over toilet replaced. Had a lot of rusting on it. The guest bedroom had trash left in the nightstand drawer when we checked in. There was mold on the lounger on the balcony. Housekeeping came a day early trying to clean. Advised her that we are not checking out until the next day. Thank goodness I was in the condo and was heading to the front door because they just let themselves in with the door code. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

When we toured a preconstruction unit here at Majestic Sun, we knew that this was meant to be our second home. Seascape offered many amenities and the oceanfront view from the unit was breathtaking. We loved the location near the outlet malls and the restaurants in this area.
