Hacienda Elviria

Apartment was excellent. Clean, good facilities, lovely garden and patio area, private garage and pool. Great location for beach and local restaurants. Only issues we had were broken iron and toilet which were fixed quickly, and the air conditioning which didn’t work. Would recommend this apartment to couples and small families.

Dear Andrew First of all thank you for your stay and kindness. We regret the inconvenience of the iron and the breakage of the cistern ...are things that usually happen and was solved immediately as you say. In relation to the air conditioning, the operation of this should be better explained to the arrival of the guests, as it is a control for each room and so each room can have different temperatures as desired by the guests. It will be a pleasure to host you again.

Nice property

We enjoyed the property and the location which was excellent. We haven't marked them higher as it seems to us the property was not fully geared for rental. For example, no welcomr/instruction book on how things worked. Modest cutlery, we bought knives whilst here as we like to cook. No BBQ which was a shame as the patio was super. Small quantity of towels. We would stay here again as there is a lot to like.
