Town: The rural village of Sneaton is situated just 3 miles from Whitby, and 21 miles from Scarborough. On the main street you will find a local, traditional pub and close by is Beacon Farm, which produces wonderful ice cream and also has a tea room and farm shop. This area is great for walkers with numerous public footpaths can be found around the village, including Monks Trod; an ancient stone path that monks followed to worship.
