Perfect location, especially if you want to drive your boat over. One bedroom was just right for us, great patio looking over the canal that goes out into Destin Harbor. Close to all the great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was ideal for us. Parking in front of condo, large deck, and on the canal with pelicans and osprey fishing nearly every day. We’ve stayed in SPC previously, so knew our way around. Furnishings were nice, but non-stick cookware and a Keurig coffee machine would be a plus. Owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Would return.

Canal condo

This is our 3rd stay in this condo and we just love it! It’s clean and right on the canal with an awesome deck to sit. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation! We love that it’s pet friendly as our pups love to come with us.
