Perfect Location for a weekend of lake fun. This house is a 2 bedroom one bath with a loft. It has a big deck out front to view the lake year round and watch the sun set every evening. Blue Water Bay Marina and Public use area is just at the bottom of the hill. There is a great restaurant at the bottom or Pizza at Blue Water Bay Marina. There is also many more restaurants very close. This house has all the convinces of home plus some.

We checked in the night of July 3rd after being on the lake all day , only to find mouse droppings an all the beds, chairs and couch . We had this trip planned for 3 months and we were disgusted at the condition the place was in for us to stay at with our 2 kids . We contacted the host and were told if we could be out by noon we would receive a full refund . We were out by 9am off to find somewhere else to stay, this host and VRBO did refund our money and we had to find somewhere else to stay on the July 4th weekend , this place should never have been allowed to be rented in the condition it was in. Also mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and all other drawers, and under all cabinets. I would not recommend this listing to anyone , very disappointing!

Carl, We are sorry your stay was so unpleasant. This house is not a permanent residence and is in the country in a wooded area. So, wild life is in close proximity. We do everything we can to prevent our guests from having a bad vacation. The guests before and after you both had good things to say about their stay. Again we are sorry your stay was not to your satisfaction. We did everything we could to make it right by refunding you 100%. Thank you for the review!

Great view, great location, cool little home.

As advertised, nice little home in a cool neighborhood, great view. The hoa pool 2 doors down is a huge bonus. Amazing lake, highly recommend. Dockside pizza is crazy good and the marina is brand new and great. Owners are responsive and easy to deal with.

Such a cute house!

Chris and Chastity have thought of everything you could ever want. Our family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 9, 7, and 15 months fit perfectly and were super comfortable. We had a great stay visiting family nearby and would stay again!

Relaxing weekend at Pettitt Bay

Our family had a lovely relaxing weekend at the lake. The cabin was great and had everything we needed. The owner was super. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay again.

Great Experience!!

I have been in the area for the better part of a year for work reasons. Enjoyed the people and area so much, that I have purchased an RV and will keep it in the area to come back and visit when work is done. I can't say enough about the owners Chris and Chasity, they are A all the way, very accommodating and helpful all the way! Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay on Tenkiller

We had an excellent weekend. The cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Tranquil surroundings, peaceful neighbors and a phenomenal view of Lake Tenkiller. Close to Tahlequah and the river. We look forward to staying here again. We highly recommend this place to others.

The view from the deck is breathtaking! I enjoyed many days and nights on their deck, the tree shades it in areas and you also have ample sun in other areas. The house is comfy and cute! Well stocked. I loved all the natural sunlight that enters through the windows. The hosts were extremely responsive to all my questions. Thank you for sharing your house!

Great Host and Property

I am in the area for work, so this has been an extended stay. I am older and this property has been perfect, nice quiet neighborhood which reminds me of home. I cannot say enough about Chris and his wife. They helped me work through booking issues (which I caused). They have let me work around their schedule to be able to stay and have always been very responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again long after my obligations in this area are done.
