Villa Frida offers luxurious, spacious and varied accommodation, the living area is comfortably furnished in a simple, uncluttered and stylish way, with the shaded and furnished patio areas adding extra living space for members of a larger party seeking a quiet corner.

Villa Frida has been selected as one of top ten self-catering accomodations of 2014 in Turkey by The Guardian.

All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished to a high degree with all modern appliances as well as little extras to make your holiday perfect. 200 mt from the sea and very popular Kalamar and the adult only Kulube Beach Clubs. Be the first guests of this luxurious brand new villa.

It is a 15 minute stroll to the harbour town of Kalkan which boasts many shops and fine restaurants. The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is no need for a car.

A BBQ is situated near to the outdoor shaded dining area which comfortably seats 8 people.

Inside the villa is an open plan living area with two triple sofas and an armchair, fireplace and TV/DVD and 2.1 speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has built in appliances. Kitchen patio doors open onto another al fresco dining area.

The villa has one downstairs bedroom with shower room next to. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a spacious bathroom.

The master bedroom and second bedroom share a balcony with a coffe table and chairs which to enjoy the great sea views or incredible stars by night.

Family holiday in Kalkan

Lovely family holiday. Villa has nice lay out adequate room for 7 of us.. Pool clean all amenities for a 10 day stay. Kalkan centre, most shops and restaurants require a cab ride. Very steep roads make walking any distance a difficult. .

Great villa

Villa Frida is modern spacious and spotlessly clean, the pool & outside area is cleaned daily by a friendly guy who even went to the shop for us for bread every day! The villa manager lives next door which is very convenient if you have any issues/questions. They have a water cooler dispenser which can be refilled on request for around £2 saving on the hassle of buying water from the supermarkets. I wouldn’t say you could walk into the centre of Kalkan especially in 40 degree heat but a taxi is only around £3 and there are a few nice bars and restaurants within walking distance if you don’t mind a few hills (house bar restaurant is the nearest and the Friday curry night is very nice for around £15 per person) Cooking in the villa is also an option as it is well equipped and has a dishwasher. We loved our stay and they even let us stay late on the departure day as our flight was not until midnight, would highly recommend.
