Das Objekt hat schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist aber insgesamt relativ gut in Schuss. Goldstück ist die Spülmaschine, die die Urlaubsabende nicht durch Handabwasch versaut. Auf dem Balkon über der Wohnung finden locker bis zu 10 Personen Platz. Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung am Straßenrand, ein paar Schritte weiter auch kostenlos.
