The property is located in Capistrano Village, Nerja, a prestigious estate. The south facing flat enjoys open views of sea and mountain. It is located with open greens around. The garden is secluded with a private entrance. There is a sheltered terrace off the living room and a second terrace, ideal for breakfasting, outside the kitchen.

There are 2 communal pools, a restaurant, bar, a mini supermarket and laundrette within the estate.
Adjacent to Capistrano Village is a large supermarket, a sport centre with various facilities and an Olympic size indoor pool.

A security guard circulates the development at regular intervals.


Nerja and The Costa Del Sol is said to have 'el mejor clima de Europa'. The coastline on this side of Malaga is beautiful and unspoilt. The beach and town centre , where there are many restaurants, are within a twenty minutes walk. They can also be reached by bus - a regular service from the Village.
The spectacular Nerja Caves , the most frequently visited site in Spain is wiithin 10 mins ride by bus or car.
A Cultural Centre in town is the meeting place for 'NADFAS' and holds talks, concerts, shows and films.
The white village of Frigiliani of charming Moorish character is within 5 km.
Malaga, Grenada, Cordoba, Ronda and the Alpujara mountains can all be visited in day trips.

Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay at this time of year. Lovely swimming pool. Were able to cook several meals to eat on the veranda. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely

Very lovely house with a garden, also very clean. Only thing was that the shower leaked a bit. Other than that everything was perfect. Theres 2 very nice swimming pools and a supermarket nearby. For other shops and restaurants its about a 20-25minjfe walk.

Hele fijne week gehad in dit huis. Vooral buiten gezeten: ontbeten onder de avocadoboom, citroentje plukken, de vogels. Je waant je midden in de natuur. Alles is op loopafstand dus je hebt geen auto nodig.

A wonderful apartment

We had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation for two weeks. The place is on a lovely complex with two swimming pools and all the facilities you require within a short walk. The complex is very well maintained and of a high standard. We loved the cleanliness of our apartment and the space and garden enhanced our stay further. Coming `home` at the end of a day or evening was always a pleasure which says it all really. EXCELLENT!

Beautiful gardens, lovely apartment.

I organised this stay very last minute, but the owners couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the lovely garden and terrace with view of the sea an absolute dream. I will definitely return.

joli rez de jardin

L'appartement en rez de jardin est très agréable et bien situé sur les hauteurs de Capistrano village. Il est parfait pour 2 personnes et le jardin est très agréable. Par contre, la chambre n'a pas de volets ou de store, elle est au soleil tout l'après-midi , il fait donc chaud pour la nuit et c'est dommage dans cette région.On peut profiter des deux piscines du complexe. La plage est un peu loin à pied et n'est pas très jolie(sable gris). En ce qui concerne la caution demandée par le propriétaire, il faut attendre plus de 10 jours pour la récupérer, alors que l'appartement est loué ensuite... Je trouve que c'est un peu exagéré.

Thank you for your feedback. I have already apologised for the delay in in refunding the deposit - there was a technical issue with the payment system. It is not the norm to have shutters in this part of the country and as you have seen around the complex, apartments/villas do not have them. There are however curtains as you will have experienced and these can be drawn during the day to reduce the exposure to the sun.

Loved our week in El Capistrano (4th time we've stayed there!). Apartment very clean and well equipped. Pretty garden and lovely sheltered veranda with beautiful views of mountains and sea.

A lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Set on a lovely complex with excellent facilities including 2 swimming pools, a bar, restaurant and well stocked shop. Looking forward to returning next year.

Stunning gardens and views

Set in a very pleasant complex with stunning garden and views across to Nerja and the coast, the apartment was clean and functional, if a little dated. We were there for eight nights and it felt very homely. The kitchen was fully functional, with everything that we needed. However, on the negative side the beds and the pillows were on the hard side. There is no functioning television, but this was compensated for with books and magazines left by the owner. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

Very relaxing holiday !

The apartment is spotlessly clean with great views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains. It is very comfortable with all that you need on holiday. It has a very secluded beatifully maintained garden in a very peacefull location. The apartment is on a complex which includes 2 swimming pools (including a toddler pool), a well stocked mini market, bar and restaurant. The town is approximately 20 minute walk away and has some lovely bars, restaurants and cafés with some great atmosphere.

Beautiful place, everithing have been wonderfull

Hello Grazia, Thanks so much for everything. The house is beautiful, also the village and the services. We had got everything we needed in the house. Just one thing for the future. A gardener went into the house twice during our stay. He didn't ring before enter. I think nobody should enter in the house when someone is inside. Please, if it is possible i would like for you to inform about this to the managers in the Capistrano. Thanks so much, you have a beautiful house and garden. Chhers, Silvia

Endroit très tranquille, à proximité des services. Idéal pour couple. Jardin privé avec BBQ. Très propre. Propriétaire serviable et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Nous recommandons le site de Capistano Village et cet appartement.
