Lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at the foot of the Punta Lara urbanization on the West side of Nerja in a landscaped development of 8 apartments.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with patio doors opening onto the sunny terrace. It also has a fully fitted en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with the option of a 3rd single bed (trundle stored under one of the others) - perfect for families with 3 children.
Both bedrooms have ample storage with fully fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers.
Family-friendly apartment - we have a cot as well as kids cutlery, plates, and cups as well as some children's TV channels.
Large 30sq.m South-East facing terrace that gets the sun until late afternoon with outside dining, sun loungers, and BBQ.
Lovely sandy Playazo beach just a 2 minute walk away. Several bars and restaurants in Punta Lara within a 5 min walk or the bars and restaurants of Nerja a 5min drive/taxi or a 20-25min stroll along the seafront.
All mod cons; Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and AC/Heating available in the apartment.

Beautiful

The apartment was beautiful, it was clean , it had everything we needed , the balcony overlooking the sea was great ! We ate at fabulous restaurants nearby also . The owners were very helpful to us and helped us arrange transfers which was a big help . . We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our family and friends . What a great place to stay

Nerja, Punta Lara apartment

This apartment is conveniently located for all areas. From the towns to the west of Malaga to Granada in the east. It is fully furnished & equipped for 2 to 4 people. A/C in the lounge & bedrooms was a great asset. Emma, the owner, is easily contactable with prompt replies & assistance.

Pretty and peaceful apartment.

Clean apartment. Good showers. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen adequate. British tv channels. Good size balcony with great sea and mountain views. Only fault sofa not comfortable in lounge. Has everything you need though in apartment.

Really lovely apartment everything you needed.unfortunately there wasn’t any instructions for the television or air con.We spoke to the manager and she was very helpful although we never managed to get the tele working.

Bonito apartamento

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para unos días de vacaciones, pero deben hacer tres mejoras en nuestra opinión: Cambio de frigorífico (pierde agua y no enfría, moja todos los alimentos). Colchones (habitación principal muy blando, duele la espalda), y los de las camas individuales, algo duros. Dada la proximidad de una acequia y plantación de aguacates, hay un número excesivo de mosquitos. Este tema quizá tiene difícil solución, pero se podría "mejorar" facilitando a los inquilinos varios enchufes contra este tipo de insecto. Por último, creo que se deben poner limpias las colchas de los sofás, pues producían picores (quizás algún insecto "no visible" al ojo humano).

Dear Sonia, thank you for taking the time to review our apartment. However we wanted to respond to some specific points you raised: 1) Unfortunately there will always be mosquitos in Spain! We've never been asked by guests to provide any solutions to this but had you asked our local agent she would have told you that we store plug in devices in our kitchen or she could have recommended a good insect repellant. 2) You raised the issue with the fridge with our agent and she told you a new one had been ordered so that issue had already been dealt with. 3) We get different feedback on the mattress from every guest! Some love it, some find it too hard, some find it too soft... as you can appreciate this is not something anyone can predict or control! 4) Our sofa coverings are cleaned between each guest and the apartment is kept scrupulously clean so I can assure you there is nothing 'invisible' to the eye on any of our soft furnishings. Finally it is disappointing that you didn't mention any of the above to myself when you emailed asking to stay for an extra night. I sincerely hope you find your next holiday accommodation more pleasing!

Nice apartment close to Nerja

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The small pool area right outside the apartment was great for relaxing. The owners was easy to contact and answered promptly our questions.

The property was very suitable for our needs. It was within walking distance although this did take longer than we had been advised, 40 minutes to Nerja. The pool was fine (plunge pool) however, there were no umbrellas or shades to use whilst using this.

If you love the hustle and bustle of town but would rather stay somewhere quieter with stunning sea and mountain views then this is the place for you! Only 2km from Nerja town centre and fully accessible by walking, taxi or a local bus.
This apartment is like a second home to us so pride ourselves on it being fully equipped especially for young families and families with 3 children!
We have a fantastic local property manager as well so any issues or questions during your stay can be resolved pretty much straight away!
Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk and only 5 minutes from the beach.
