There was mold everywhere! The downstairs shower was covered in mold. So bad my whole family is sick. I am sensitive to mold and I could feel it in the house as soon as we walked in! The floors have mold, the sinks in the master bath were stopped up. The place was not very clean when we got there, there were still crumbs on the coffee table. There was drawings from a child that previously stayed left on the coffee table, and there were used hair ties with hair in them in multiple places. Overall, the house was more of a safety hazard than a relaxing vacation. It’s wrong to charge so much and not even provide the basics of cleanliness.

Awesome!

This home is perfect! Location, space and amenities. We road bikes to Seaside- so fun! Easy peasy walk to the beach! Will definitely be there again! Thanks for a great stay! The only recommendation - please provide a broom to help with sweeping up a sandy floor at the doorway! Overall- a great place!

This property is beautiful. The master bedroom had the best view and was perfect for morning and evening. We love this little neighborhood and can't wait to go back! The best part is the easy short walk to the beach!

Great proximity to the beach

We usually stay directly on the beach, but booked this trip last minute and this property did not disappoint. Not directly on the beach, but just a very short walk. Private access leads directly to beach access maybe 150 feet. If you can’t stay directly on the beach, this is the next best thing.

Perfect is our goal and it sounds like that was achieved. The main living area is on the second floor, so this home isn't recommended for anyone with physical challenges. Stairs do mean better views though throughout the house :)

Great beach house close to gulf

Super close to the beach and pool. The master bedroom and living room have great balconies with partial views of the beach. The house was well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback is that, although the house sleeps 8-10 people, there is only room for two cars in the driveway, and parking on the street is prohibited. However, I would stay here again!

Beautiful place and area. Too many people for my taste but everyone loved it. 2 car parking means 2car parking. Had a third vehicle and to pay to park at storage facility. But all good.
