Wonderful property in the forest. I would have like to stay longer but we only had 2 days. We barely saw the cabin in daylight hours due to our long ski days. Bedrooms are well laid out and had great blankets and sheets. We slept very well! Loved the hot tub. The setup was perfect fir relaxing after a long day! Kitchen is very well stocked. So many movie options that we just didn’t have enough time to take advantage of. Beautiful fireplace inside and outside!
On the downside...
I found the track lighting throughout the house too dark and a bit strange.
We were also not able to access the entertainment content through cable or whatever. May be just our technical limitations but even after a few emails with the homeowner, we couldn’t get it so we just used our own account.
Well stocked. Good communication! Pretty surroundings!

Family friendly lodge
Our stay started out bumpy but we ended up having a nice time. The owner was very responsive with our requests for the wifi password, towels and hot tub maintenance.
My family stayed at the house for Thanksgiving week. The house was spacious with lovely woodsy view with large windows. Close to mountain activities, we snowshoed and sledded, and came home to the hot tub, perfect. Communication with Alix was easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this home as a mountain getaway.
Even though the snow wasn’t on the ground, we did wake up to it falling on Christmas morning.
The cabin was so nice. It felt like home and had everything we could need! The kids especially loved the media room and the hot tub was so welcoming after a day on the mountain in the snow!!! Highly recommend this place!
A group of four of us stayed for one night after a three day camp trip on the Dechutes River. The cabin was a perfect place to stay one more night before our return to the airport. We enjoyed the local restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We also walked down to the river with a wine glass in hand and enjoyed sitting down there and watching the day turn into night. One of the four had a great time soaking in the hot tub before bed and again before heading to break (I think three days on the Dechutes fishing wore him out)!

Beautiful Home nessled in the woods
The home is an excellent place for a family to spend some time in the mountains. The owner's took our reservation on short notice and there were some of the amenities that were not ready (understandably). Other than that, we had a very nice time.

After climbing Mt Adams
We had little drive from Mt Adams that night and didn't get to the cabin until after midnight. The 5 of us were pleasantly pleased with the house. Clean and well stocked. We showered and threw a few frozen pizzas in the oven, had a beer or two and went to bed. Everything at the cabin was very nice. Being a VRBO owner myself, I look at things in perhaps more of a critical eye. Thank you Alix.

Fantastic lodge
We thoroughly enjoyed out night here. This is a beautiful lodge tucked in the woods and was a hit from the moment we saw it. Very clean and organized with many amenities. Plenty of room for larger groups/families like the theater room, the fully equipped kitchen and multiple bedrooms. The hot tub was a big hit as well. The only dings I would say is the bbq grill was out of propane so we had to "grill" our steaks on the stove top and not on the bbq grill as planned. As well, the hot tub was a little difficult to figure out so some written instructions would've been helpful - but both fairly minor things and overall, would definitely go back for another stay. The owner was very helpful through out the process and quick to respond to questions. Thanks!
