Excellent location. Close to pretty much everything. 7 minute walk to airport shuttles (water bus). 15 minutes to the train station. Right in the centre of all the stores/restaurants. No issues checking in or out and Francesca was always available to answer questions and help! Very pleased with this booking.

Great location great for sharing!

Great location! Only 10 min walk from the train station and 1 min to water transit. Great apartment for sharing with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Host was excellent and responded to questions right away. I highly recommend this apartment for your vacation to Venice.

Far from the maddening crowds

Very comfortable and convenient with a neighborhood feel. It's at least a 25 min trek to St Mark's Sq from the apartment but it was worth it to be able to enjoy the less crowded areas. Great location with 2 food markets steps away, great eateries and cafes around. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location and space

First - tough to figure out the Venice rubbish disposal process, and larger bedroom mattress is in need of replacement. Other than that - place was perfect for two couples first time in Venice. Quiet location close to everything and literally 20 seconds from nice grocery store. Would stay again

We were in Veneto for over a week so being close to the train station, car rentals, and taxi stop was a Plus. We used all of them. The apartment is big enough for 4 people because of double beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The area is very quiet and close to good restaurants, not the tourist restaurants in the main way. Comms with manager was excellent

Modern, clean apartment in an excellent location.

Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Venice.

Irene, Was a great hostess! She kept in constant contact throughout our stay to make sure everything met up to our expectations. The property is located in a great location. Close to everything. The Perfect Stay in Venice!

Irene was great communicating with us. She sent clear directions to the apartment and check in was a breeze. Just a short walk from the Alilaguna stop at Guglie and San Marcoula vaporetto stop is less than 1 minute walk. Beds were comfortable, great shower. The washer was a great plus. The best part is you are on a very quiet alley, but steps from a lovely, vibrant square! Coffee shops and markets within minutes. Highly recommend La Campane ristorante - go through to the garden in the back, so cute! We loved our stay.

A perfect place in Cannaregio

We couldn’t have had a better home away from home for our weeklong stay in Venice. A short walk from the train station following the clear instructions, we opened the door to a colorful, clean and perfectly equipped apartment. Located on a quiet alley, we were only steps away from a grocery store, market, bakeries and enotecas with delicious offerings. Only one block away from the San Marcuola stop, we were a vaporetto ride away from all that Venice offers. Thank you for sharing your Cannaregio home with us!
