Solmar II is a residential complex of 20 low-rise apartments of three storeys (without lift) of low density, family-friendly and modern. It has 1,000 m2 of gardens, swimming pool and underground parking. Located just 40 m from the beach, with spacious east-facing terraces, overlooking the pool and landscaped areas. All apartments have washing machine, microwave and TV.
Apartment on the 2nd floor, two double bedrooms, one complete bathroom, a shower-toilet, kitchen with American bar, laundry-gallery, living-dining room and terrace. Garage and WIFI service included in the price.
It is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Magnífica playa
Me ha encantado la zona y el apartamento genial...lo mejor la cercanía a la playa y residencial muy tranquilo.
Se podrían dejar productos básicos de higiene y de cocina. Habia pocos vasos.
