Located on a ninth floor, facing south and with a wonderful view of the center of Madrid from the heights. Its location inside the building awards the apartment with great luminosity and views, as well as silence and tranquility, away from the noise of the streets.

It consists of a very luminous living room with large windows, a comfortable sofa bed for two people accompanied by two armchairs, a 40" flat screen smart TV with internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing/drying machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, utensils and full tableware, a dining area with table for 4 people, one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200cm, and a spacious bathroom with large shower plate and toilet amenities. There are several closets in the living room and bedroom, and the floor of the entire apartment is covered with a comfortable wooden platform of the highest quality. the apartment has central air conditioning and heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.

The building has 24 hour concierge and security, restaurant, parking (not included in price), lounges, lift and handicap access, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, and parks. The area has immediate access to all means of transportation to move quickly and easily around the city. Located less than 1000 meters from Gran Vía, access to central Madrid is easy and fast, both by public transportation or by foot, and next to the entrance of the building is a rental point of electric bicycles to move comfortably around the city.

Great location, disappointing experience

Loved the location - easy to walk, but transportation is close too. Sent 2 messages to the property owner before leaving on my trip. Finally called VRBO to find out my booking has a property manager and would have to mail them directly. Did that and still no response. Got a text 3 hours before check-in with how to get the keys. arrived and apartment had not been cleaned. The cleaners arrived 20 minutes after we did. We left and let them clean. The apartment had no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combination. In the US we don't have these. Sent a message to them and got no response. The air conditioning did not work. Sent an email - no response. There was no information about Madrid (i.e. where a market is) - no welcome. was going to use the microwave - but the dishes don't say microwave safe. The base boards in the bathroom are rotten around the shower, which is .unsightly We stayed 4 nights and never heard from the management team. I would not recomment staying there especially in the warm weather.

Colin Suites Review

The apartment size was good. The bedroom was small. There was plenty of storage. The tv was not a smart tv. We could not connect it to the Wi-Fi network. We emailed the manager and did not get a response. The washer/dryer was only a washer. No drying rack. The apartment had no food, condiments or anything else. There were no instructions on how to operate anything. The building concierge was no help. The apartment was very close to the Colon subway station. That was very nice. 9th floor unit with a nice view. Lots of restaurants nearby including a Starbucks. Uber is plentiful and cheap. All in all, it could have been better with a better prep by the property manager.
