Comfortable newly renovated apartment with separate entrance on the ground floor with a small communal garden. The house has a large bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom complete with everything. Any additional bed is located in the living room and is a comfortable bed chair. We provide sheets and towels. Area well connected to the center, very quiet and very close to Pigneto and Torpignattara.

Great experience and wonderful location. Lorenzo was easy to communicate with and it was nice to have a place close enough to the city centre. The supermarket nearby makes a huge difference for supplies as well as the restaurants nearby.

we had a really comfortable stay in this house!i really like it, not just how the owner made it look like but also how it felt, there is everything you need to feel like home and all the essentials to cook or make breakfast. its maybe a little outside but i liked the area a lot. (only things to say wifi did not work really well)grazie alla prossima!

Nice basement apartment in Pigneto

The apartment is a great size for a couple with kitchen, separate bedroom, and small bathroom. Lorenzo was a great host and provided some nice recommendations near the apartment. It is not in a touristy neighborhood, which was a nice break from much of the sites. My only issue was getting to and from the center, which could take 45-60 minutes with public transport and about 30 with a taxi.
