Cozy apt in a great area

The apt was exactly as pictured... very small but great for one or two people. The best part was the terrace where we spent most of our time. Our host actually met us at the apt... something i hadn't experienced in years. We have stayed in the same general area our last 3 visits.

As described. Everything you need and want. Stellar location

We picked this place as we love the neighborhood. Communication with Leonello was fast and friendly and check in was perfect. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. For us, the best feature was the private balcony which has light from Sunrise to almost sunset. Simply gorgeous. We were able to prepare simple breakfasts and lunches and have them on the balcony. The apartment is located right above a very good restaurant and the meals we had there were amazing. I guess the best compliment we can give is that when we return will try to stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful!

I stayed at the apartment with my 17 year old daughter for 10 days and we were absolutely in love with it. The location couldn’t be better, was very quite even if very close to the most famous sites in Rome. The whole apartment was very clean, both the bed and the sofa bed were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked great the whole time… everything was just perfect! The balcony was absolutely amazing, quite with an exceptional view. Having coffe in the quiet of that balcony in the morning was absolutely wonderful! Leonello was very kind, and super helpful, and every time I had a question he replied literally within minutes. The apartment is at the 4th floor with elevator, which is quite exceptional in the historic center.I will absolutely go back for my next visit in Rome. It was just amazing!
