Red Sled at Hi Country Haus - 2 bed, 2 bath with a shuttle stop.

This completely renovated condo includes beds for six people, all new mattresses, a large private deck with seating and forest views, wood-burning fireplace, private ski locker, free Wi-Fi (not shared), washer/dryer in the unit, and a shuttle stop right at the base of the building. Building 22 is also one of the closest to the new community center. Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration No. 004659

The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets and quartz counter tops. The kitchen, with table seating for six, is open to the main room of this 950 square-foot condo. The master has a private bath, queen bed and day bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with twin trundle.

The Hi Country Haus complex has a great location in downtown Winter Park. Walk to the new Fireside Market, shops, restaurants and outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and fly fishing.

The new community center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table, and small kitchenette. The main lounge area has expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Adjacent to this area is a custom table and chairs. The lockers room are equipped with bathroom stalls, showers and lockers.

The indoor pool/spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Sled. The condo was cozy and had all the amenities you need as a home away from home. Location was perfect, walkable to shops/restaurants and the shuttle picks you up right at the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Sled. Everything was very clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the free Lyft shuttle to the ski resort. We also really loved the waffle station in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location with a grocery store and restaurants blocks away and the bus stop right outside the unit. There was also a waffle station in the unit, the clubhouse was nearby, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Awesome stay and great location! But, property needs to be cleaned significantly better. The floor was dirty and we had to rewash the sheets because it still had sand and dirt. Overall the stay was great.... The only item was the clearness.

Cozy, Convenient to Downtown

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Sled condo. This property was clean and cozy with plenty of kitchenware. Nice, quiet deck off the back of the condo with access out of the great room and master bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are actually large enough to accommodate king size beds. We did wake up with achy lower backs because memory foam mattresses don't work for us. The bathrooms are adequate and updated, wash clothes and hair conditioner are not provided.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review and feedback. We have added mattress pads to all the beds to provide an extra thick cushion on top of the memory foam. We also made laundry soap a standard supplied item.

Nice property, good location

We were in town for the MTB National championship races, and this condo was in a perfect location. It was less than a 4 mile bike ride to the Winter Park resort and a short ride to many other local trail systems. We enjoyed the hummingbirds on the deck and making waffles each morning. The kitchen had just about everything we could have needed. The biggest drawback to this condo was that the master bedroom has 2 beds, so our kids ended up in there with the master bathroom. But, not really a big deal.

Cozy and quaint condo with family or partners

It was our first time in Winter Park and my husband and I had a wonderful time at Red Sled. After spending the day exploring Winter Park and the towns nearby , we came home to a cozy place and enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace. It had every thing we needed and was close to restaurants, breweries, hiking trails and shops. Holly was very responsive and helpful. I recommend Red Sled for families and couples.

The property was really great for our family (parents & 11 year old boys). Very clean and nicely appointed (and kids loved the waffle maker). The free bus to WP stops at the base of the unit, and the activity center (with indoor pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs) was just a block away. Hosts were super responsive, including quickly sending us an item that we left behind. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo in excellent location

This is a great little condo located right in the heart of Winter Park, walking distance to many shops/restaurants.. It was very clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be that firewood should be provided. I did find a brochure in the information book for a firewood delivery service. I just feel that it should be provided, as it’s been with every other place In e rented that has a fireplace. In the big picture that’s REALLY minor, and I would highly recommend staying here. Holly was a very responsive host and manages a great property!
