Great place for families and groups. We had three families stay together, and the house was perfect for us. The three master bedrooms made room selection easy, and the huge bunk room was a hit with most of the kids. The bedroom with two twins was a great getaway for kids who wanted a little more quiet.The well-appointed kitchen was a focal point for cooking and hanging out, and where we spent most of our time. We cooked five of the seven nights and always had everything we needed.We used the free shuttle most days to get to and from the slopes, which was a great option for keeping our group together and avoiding driving.Overall, the house was an excellent fit for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again when returning to Breckenridge.

The house on Marksberry was the perfect home for our family of 11. We had plenty of room to relax after a busy day rafting, horseback riding and hiking. We especially enjoyed the deck for dining. The house had all the things we needed for a family vacation. The wildlife was an added bonus!

Great House for our whole Family

We arrived the day after Christmas for a family ski vacation. The many amenities were very convenient - especially the VIP shuttle to the slopes. The house is beautiful and offers all that you'd want for a relaxing week at the mountains.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of six had a great time in this lovely home. We loved the spacious bedrooms with king beds and well-appointed kitchen. The pool table was unexpected fun as was the badminton and hot tub. We would stay here again.

Great house, great location!

We loved our visit! House was spacious and had everything we needed. Kids loved the bunk bed room, foosball table, pool table and hot tub. House was in a great location, just private enough from neighbors, easy access to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent luxury house near Breck

This is our second time in the house and it was as wonderful as ever. The owner of the property is very easy to communicate with. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. We will be staying again.
