Ruhige Wohnung

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt. Lage der Wohnung war super. Die Entfernung zum Strand ca. 100m. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos. Schlüsselübergabe auch perfekt. Parkpläte in der Straße schwierig aber nicht unmöglich. Es war alles da an Geschirr, Kochmöglichkeiten etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, ca. 50-100m. Restaurants, Bars, Wassersport etc. alles in der Nähe 50-500m. Wlan und Klimagerät waren nicht vorhanden. Für uns war das für 1 Woche kein Problem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten wir selber mit. Vor Ort müsste man die zahlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche! Beste Grüße

Wohnung war sauber, aber das Besteck, Teller Tassen, Töpfe und Pfannen mussten erst gespült werden

Geschirr in der ganzen Wohnung verstreut. Fenster, die alten, ließen sich nicht mehr schließen.

Très bon emplacement

A un jet de pierre de la plage de Riells, l'appartement est vraiment très bien situé et au calme. L'appartement est simple, fonctionnel et spacieux par rapport aux standards du secteur. Bien pour un séjour en famille, agréable et sans chichis.

Appartement idéalement situé et proprietaires parfaits

L’appartement est très spacieux, ce qui est rare pour une location de vacances et très bien équipé, avec beaucoup de rangements. Propreté irréprochable, situé au centre de l’escala à 100 m de la plage et où on peut tout faire à pieds. en hauteur et traversant , super pour aérer. Ainsi malgré les 35-40 degrés extérieurs nous n'avons jamais eu chaud car on peut ventiler très facilement la nuit et aussi en journée . Les propriétaires mr et mme chauveau sont très disponibles et agréables et nous avons eu à faire à thomas leur fils pour l’arrivée et le départ. D’une extrême gentillesse et prêt à se plier en quatre pour le confort des vacanciers, nous avons rarement eu un accueil aussi chaleureux. Merci encore thomas pour votre gentillesse et au plaisir une prochaine année! Si nous revenons à l’escala ce sera forcément chez vous!

Agréable

Séjour agréable, paysages magnigiques. Nuits quelques fois bruyantes par les aboiements de chiens, odeurs désagréables de temps à autre. Avons rendu l'appartement plus propre que nous l'avons eu.

appartement fonctionnel, bien situé avec une bonne orientation. Possibilité de ventiler ( traversant) ce qui rend les nuits agréables malgré la chaleur. Seul regret pas de terrasse ouverte.

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement. Très bien placé, 200 m de la plage qui est très propre, idéal avec des enfants et ados. Tous commerces à proximité, de belles balades, stationnement .... Appartement calme . Mme Chauveau très arrangeante et d'une très grande gentillesse. Peut être revoir la robinetterie qui est un peu usagé ... Je conseille vivement cette location , adresse à conserver

grace aux propriétaires très sympatiques, nous avons pu nous installer à 10 h 15 ainsi nous avons pu profiter de notre première journée de vacances , l appartement très agréable avec tout le nécessaire et à deux pas de la plage et des commerces , tout est possible à pieds . On envisage d y retourner l année prochaine

location idéale a 2 pas de la plage

Propriétaires très agréable et toujours a notre disponibilités, très arrangeant sur l'heure de départ et d'arrivée. Appartement trés bien conçu et avec tout le nécessaire disponible ( machine a laver, fer à repasser, grille pain , rangements ...). Parking a proximité, ainsi que plage et commerces. Nous recommandons cette location, rien à redire nous avons passez de super vacances. Merci aux propriétaires!
