This apartment is in a great location and the street is quiet at night. Everything we needed was within a 25 minute walking distance. Most things were only a 15 minute walk. I was a little concerned initially about renting this property without central AC, but the ambient cooling from the floor was actually quite nice and kept the apartment at the perfect temperature during the month of June. If I returned to Madrid, I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Apartamento maravilloso. Limpio, elegante y perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Madrid

El diseño, los muebles, las instalaciones, la zona... todo! El calentador eléctrico, al final no supe programarlo bien. Calentaba y deshumificaba al mismo tiempo. nunca supe hacer que sólo calentara.
