Quiet house with garden, Costa Brava

Unpretentious family house, spacious and bright, shaded garden.
Good location to enjoy the Costa Brava ten minutes from the beach. Located in a charming village with its 12th century church and the river Fluvia.

Our house is simple but pleasant, measures about 80 m² has a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and a separate bathroom, two rooms one with bunk beds and the other with double futon bed and a terrace . Upon entering the property, before passing the door of the house there is an outside space, Going down some stairs, you will reach the garden where you can eat in the shade of the trees. We have washing machine, microwave etc.

Ferienhaus mit schönem Lounge Bereich

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus mit tollem Lounge-Bereich verbracht. Angenehmer Ort ohne Massentourismus . Im Ort kann man einfach aber gut essen . Das Meer ist mit dem Auto schnell (10 min) erreichbar . Es gibt auch eine Bahnverbindung nach Barcelona. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Der Pool war für eine Abkühlung große Klasse 😃 Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es wurde sich wöchentlich um den Pool gekümmert . Toll ! Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten . Wir kommen gerne wieder . Estancia tranquila y agradable

Casa ubicada en urbanización, cerca del pueblo. Tranquila, luminosa, y bien decorada. Con una terraza con buenas vistas de l'Empordà. Ha de mejorar en aspectos como la limpieza, utensilios de cocina, mobiliario (interior y exterior). El "jardín" está totalmente descuidado. Se aparca fácil en el exterior. Los dueños son amables y atentos. Está bien ubicado para conocer el Empordà, y las playas están cerca (15 minutos en coche).

Hola, Cómo han podido comprobar la casa es agradable y en proceso de reforma. También seguramente habrán podido comprobar en las fotos el mobiliario y el jardín ya que son de actualidad. Un saludo.
