This is fantastic accommodation for a family with teens. It’s close to shops, restaurants and transport links. Massimo is a fantastic host, he gave us so much information to make our stay as easy as possible with great tips. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is well equipped to cook pasta if you’re too tired to go out after walking around all day. Thankyou Massimo!

Great Apartment

Massimo is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. He made sure the house was set up with everything I may have needed. The house itself was comfortable, everything in it worked, and it was really close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and compared to some other spots in Venice. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Cannaregio. Massimo was very helpful with clear directions and suggestions for our stay. The area was quiet at night time but close to everything. Massimo gave us a lot of good tips on how to see Venice, which made our trip even better than what we expected. He knows his way around the city and what is worth to see and the best time of day to see it. The apartment was also perfect for us as a friend group of four.

This property was a great home base for our visit to Venice. Massimo is an absolutely wonderful host! The communication was great and timely. He provided recommendations for places to eat, things to do/see and when we arrived to a foggy night, he actively communicated different options to reach the location due to several lines of the Vaporetto not running. The property was very clean and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

The stay is very close to ACTV (vaporetto) as well as the Alilaguna stops, I believe it was a 6 minute walk from the apartment. This system made it easy for us to see much of Venice. If you prefer walking it was about a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment had a great kitchen that made it possible to make meals there, and a coffee pot. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. Added bonus was looking at the canal out of the window and seeing the occasional boat coast by.

Perfect host. Well equipped little apartment.

Massimo was a superb, friendly host. His communications (in excellent English) were great, and he responded quickly. He gave helpful recommendations for travel, sightseeing and restaurants. The flat is on the third floor and stairs would be awkward for people with mobility problems. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Not a particularly scenic immediate locale, but well placed to access nearby canals and piazzas, cafes, bars and Osterias. Quiet neighbourhood, but only 15 minutes from busy tourist spots. Just 10 minutes from Fuondamente Nuove and Ospidale to catch vaporetti or Alilaguna boats.

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung im Herzen Venedigs

Wir waren knapp eine Woche bei Massimo in seinem Apartment. Der Kontakt war super, es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Apartments ist klasse. Keine 10 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke oder dem Markusplatz entfernt. Aber das Beste war der Blick auf den kleinen Kanal, direkt vor dem Haus. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war ein herausragender Urlaub.

Nous avons découvert le Venise des Véniciens, le Venise historique et la gentillesse des habitants..
