Our condo is perfectly situated on the coveted 12th floor East side corner with no obstructed views of the beach and ocean. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 50" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. This property was very nice! I wish there was more than starter packs so we wouldn’t have to go shopping for toilet paper and other necessary amenities, but overall we really enjoyed it!

We loved this place!

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

Beautiful corner unit

I loved that it was a small condo building and the end unit with floor to ceiling windows were a beautiful view. Beautiful decorator furnishings and the big leather couch and 2 lazy boys were very nice. Beds were super comfortable which was a shocker bc most places do not have comfy beds.

Perfect vacation spot

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacay

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

The overall review.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : ) The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out? The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

Phoenix Fun

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit had a beautiful view, was clean, and comfortable. The manager was very efficient with a response to some minor fixes. The pool area was clean, and I loved the shady indoor section. I did slip on the tile by the pool when it was wet, so be sure to be careful there. The fitness center also had good reviews from our group.

Great Potential

This place could have been magical for our week long family stay. However it was filthy when we got there and it was really hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in a dirty rental. It started during the check in process when the extremely unwelcoming front desk lady met us with an unfriendly poor attitude. Felt like we inconvenienced her while no one else was around to check in. Once in the room, we found nasty face and hand prints all over the windows, sand in the beds, cabinets contained diapers and vapes. Counters and bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down and were covered. We did contact the management company on these issues, he showed up the next morning to give us a new coffee machine since the one in the building was missing the pot. He refused to come in to look at the poor quality of cleaning in the room. Told us he is aware of what the cleaners do, and that the site had been inspected twice lately (whatever that means). At this point we didn’t want cleaners in the room as we had already unpacked and made plans - didn’t want people in the room with all our belongings with us not being there. The manager offered to refund the cleaning charge. The property is beautiful, and you can tell at one time was a star, but poor management and cleaning practices are noticeable. Having the 4 bedrooms with multiple bed spaces and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and spacious living room and kitchen/dining spaces.
