Our condo is perfectly situated on the coveted 12th floor East side corner with no obstructed views of the beach and ocean. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 50" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds and two loft twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We absolutely love Gulf Shores and this unit was top notch!!! Plenty of room for 10 of us including the grandkids. The pools was great as always and even though Bertha took a few days from us we still had an awesome experience!!! Will be back to this unit next year.

We had a couple of small issues early on, but maintenance was at our door within minutes and fixed everything to our satisfaction. Really like the stand-alone ice machine as it more than handled our needs for seven adults. The water slide at the pool was also a lot of fun...even for adults! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We loved this place!

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

Family vacation

Phoenix Fun

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit had a beautiful view, was clean, and comfortable. The manager was very efficient with a response to some minor fixes. The pool area was clean, and I loved the shady indoor section. I did slip on the tile by the pool when it was wet, so be sure to be careful there. The fitness center also had good reviews from our group.

Perfect Week

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. The staff was exceptional, kind and informative. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Beautiful corner unit

I loved that it was a small condo building and the end unit with floor to ceiling windows were a beautiful view. Beautiful decorator furnishings and the big leather couch and 2 lazy boys were very nice. Beds were super comfortable which was a shocker bc most places do not have comfy beds.
