Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Residents car park, allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Belvedere Court offers fantastic views across the bay from Torquay to Brixham, as well as out to sea with Preston Sands beach directly opposite the apartments. The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10-minute stroll along the sea front. No. 16 is a first floor apartment with panoramic views, a Juliet balcony and allocated parking.

The location is perfect for walking into Paignton ( 10-15mins) but having an amazing proximity to the sea. Having WiFi & the added bonus of private parking is a must We had a really enjoyable weeks holiday & visited lots of places..In the evening we can recommend TJs restaurant & Harbour Lights restaurant both in Paignton near the Harbour. The only slight down side was there was no local shop & also needed more cutlery ie desert spoons as well as soup spoons.
