Jaitit is a villa in Son Serra de Marina, just 50 metres from the beach and in a perfect location to move around easily in the north of the island without compromising tranquillity and comfort. This modern property offers us all the amenities to fully enjoy the best holidays.



In Jaitit, up to 6 people can be accommodated in its 3 double bedrooms. All of them have air conditioning and heating, and one of them has an extra-large double bed and is equipped with an en-suite bathroom.

The property has a total of two bathrooms with toilet.



Inside, we will find a fully equipped kitchen with the best appliances and everything necessary to prepare the best recipes and enjoy them with family or friends in the dining room or comfortably on the terrace while enjoying the best views.

We can also settle into the plush sofas in the living room and watch TV and enjoy the best satellite television programming.



It is undoubtedly the ideal property to share the best holidays on the island!

Sadly a very bad company to take a beak with

Loads of problems with the property itself including no heating for 4 days and nights in February. Filthy windows. This could be lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful, but sadly the company itself doesn’t seem to care about its guests from our experience. It took well over a month to finally get our deposit back. Everything was so wrong on so many levels. I won’t be booking with this company again.

Tout était parfait, la villa est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Tolo qui est un monsieur charmant parlant français. De plus nous avons beaucoup aimé Son Serra de Marina qui est une station très tranquille avec une plage magnifique encore préservée des gros hôtels. Rien à signaler, tout était OK

Großzügiges Ferienhaus nahe am Meer mit Klimaanlage, Internet,Sat-TV,Heizung.

Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr freundlich vom Besitzer des Hauses empfangen. Er hat sich ganz in Ruhe die Zeit genommen uns durch das Haus zu führen und alles zu erklären. (TV, Internet u.sw.) Sehr hilfreich war dabei, dass Tolo sehr gut deutsch spricht, da wir leider kein Spanisch verstehen. Es funktionierte alles super und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir erholt aufwachten. Sehr hilfreich ist, dass die Schlafzimmer alle nach hinten zeigen, sodass man von der Straße nix hörte. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage sowie eine vernünftige Heizung. Ein gutes Restaurant befindet sich schräg gegenüber des Hauses. Parkplatz ist immer vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen!
