This 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in Broadstairs available to book for short stays and business trips. This well appointed apartment sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms. There is a modern bathroom with a bath & shower over, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a separate W/C. There is a spacious lounge dining room and a separate spacious well equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi included.
Driftwood Penthouse Apartment is located in the center of Broadstairs close to Viking Bay beach and all local Bars, Restaurants, shops and attractions. There is public paid parking nearby and we are only a short distance from Broadstairs railway station.
The apartment has heating throughout and all linen and towels are provided.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor via 5 flights of stairs and is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Access is via a self check-in lock box the access code will be provided after midday on the day of arrival.

We have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. We sold our Hotel and restaurant back in April 2017 and decided to renovate this property which was previously let to long term tenants and turn it into luxury self-catering apartments.
As the property is located in the center of Broadstairs and in a conservation area we had to work closely with the local authority who advised us what works were allowed to be carried out as the property is Georgian. The renovation began in Aug 2017. We opened the Penthouse Apartment in July 2018 and the Duplex Apartment in Sept 2018.

Why they chose this property
We choose to renovate this property because it has been in our family for generations and we acquired it in 2008 from Simons late farther. Due to the location of the property, it was the perfect choice for our next project of self-catering apartments a stone's throw from Viking Bay and all the shops, bars, restaurants and attractions in Broadstairs.
