Nice duplex apartment that enjoys spectacular views of the sea and the lighthouse of cavallería, surrounded by nature.
It consists of commercial area (supermarkets, restaurants) and located 15 minutes from the airport of Mahón. It also has a large outdoor pool. It is located in the beautiful urbanization beaches of Fornells, in the residential complex; The Tamarinds.
The apartment includes a living-dining area with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with sea views and a fully equipped bathroom. Terrace with wonderful sea views. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny family holiday.

Le logement est mignon, l'équipement complet, la décoration sympa. En revanche, le logement était sale (fourmis partout) et l'odeur d'égout émanant de la salle de bain désagréable. Tellement dommage....

A nice location. Very nice pool.

We had the following problems 1. Intermittent smell of bad drains 2. Persistent infestation of ants 3. Light fixture in porch faulty. Access. We were not aware when booking that there are 25 steps to access the property. The final 12 are rough and not lit at night. We are in our eighties. We booked this for our family, who were able to cope with the access but we found visiting them there difficult. The owner unfortunately was out of Internet connectivity, and we did not have direct access to the property manager. They did try to put things right eventually. The property was in a nice location. And it is well equipped. Big modern fridge freezer. Coffee making machine. Etc. I think a professional management company, whose details can be given to clients, would prevent these problems.

Belles prestations pour ce duplex, très bien équipé, au calme et vue sur la mer. La terrasse mériterait plus d'espace pour mieux profiter de cette nature. Véhicule nécessaire pour profiter de l île depuis Fornell.
