About this property

2 Bedroom villa Just a stroll away from Fig Tree bay. Basically you cross the field and you are in the crystal water of Fig Tree Bay.

As you enter the grounds of the villa you will notice that there is plenty of sitting space outside and a nice gas BBQ, a very nice garden with bougainvilleas.
The ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen, with every single item that you will need to cook. There is also a living room with tv, dining table etc.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower. The master bedroom is double and it benefits from nice partial sea views. The second bedroom is twin with 2 single beds

Location is the best. There is a supermarket just 1 minute walk away. All amenities of Protaras are also withing walking distance (5 minutes).
